Turku 2011 – European Capital of Culture, pixel art project

Throughout the year of 2011 Turku, Finland carried a title of the “European Capital of Culture”. Inspired by traditions of this wonderful city, I have spent close to a year for the creation of this pixel art project. Initially, it was meant for a wide public in a form of a 2k piece puzzle. However, due to a time-stretch and complications in licensing and production, it is now a mere piece in my personal collection. Please enjoy
